Rate of Returns

Over a 46 year real estate career I’ve learned the importance of evaluating properties properly and understanding the different aspects of there financing. When the opportunity came to invest with Bedrock I knew the management team had the same expertise so I was confident in their ability to scrutinize properties presented to them. That’s why I have entrusted them with my hard earned RRSP funds.

After years of market investments and many advisors, we became frustrated with the ‘up a little down a lot’ and our advisors saying this is a long term plan you have to be in for the long run in order for your return to be substantial. Well we waited many years and we did not earn any returns so we decided to invest with Gary and Jim at Bedrock. It has been been nothing but up and no downs. Our investmnt is making us a nice return and we are very happy with Bedrock. We no longer watch our accounts to see how much all the advisor fees are taken from us because there are none.

I became a client of Bedrock in 2023 and wish I had found them ten years ago. After doing all my due diligence, I felt confident that I could rely on these investments for long-term stable returns. The disclosure in their two-page quarterly reports provides everything you need to know: how many mortgages are outstanding, for what amount, the number of first (80 %+) and second mortgages, and other data that leaves me confident with the investment portfolio they manage on my behalf. In today’s world of uncertainty, 7.5%+ paid quarterly is a very favourable return in my books. Thank you Bedrock Team, for all you do.

I am extremely happy with my investments into the Bedrock MIC. I was looking for alternate investment opportunities that were not just investing into real estate property. I made my first investment with Bedrock in 2017 and made a larger investment in 2022. I am very happy with the dividend reinvestments and I love receiving the quarterly communication from management updating us on the rate of return from the previous quarter and the statistics on the number of mortgages, loan to value and other pertinent information. I am so please with my experience over the years with Bedrock!

Bedrock allowed my wife and I an opportunity to diversify our investment portfolios. We worked through our due diligence with the portfolio managers and the historical returns.
