BEDROCK MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CORPORATION pays out its dividends four times a year. Funds can also be reinvested through our Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP). In 2024, our target rate of return was 7.5%, and year-to-date is 7.93%. Since 2016, our rate of return has ranged from 6 to 7.5%.

Over a 46 year real estate career I’ve learned the importance of evaluating properties properly and understanding the different aspects of there financing. When the opportunity came to invest with Bedrock I knew the management team had the same expertise so I was confident in their ability to scrutinize properties presented to them. I am extremely happy with my investments into the Bedrock MIC. I was looking for alternate investment opportunities that were not just investing into real estate property. I made my first investment with Bedrock in 2017 and made a larger investment in 2022. I am very happy with the dividend reinvestments and I love receiving the quarterly communication from management updating us on the rate of return from the previous quarter and the statistics on the number of mortgages, loan to value and other pertinent information.
